What does the Free plan include?#
It’s free forever, not a time-limited trial: 1 mailbox with real-time sync, instant search, tracker blocking, attachment antivirus, Smart Priority and Smart spaces with free AI, 3 rules, 5 snoozes or scheduled sends a month, 5 tracked emails and 5 follow-ups a month, 1 device.
What does Plus add?#
For €2.99 a month or €24 a year: unlimited mailboxes with unified mail, unlimited rules, snoozes and templates, the privacy dashboard, the subscriptions manager, the attachments hub, full PEC, the AI assistant with a monthly limit, AI-generated HTML templates, accent colors, 500 tracked emails and follow-ups a month (without the “Sent with Mailamber” line), 2 devices and ticket support.
What does Premium add?#
For €5.99 a month or €49 a year: everything in Plus, plus AI with a monthly limit about 6 times higher, 1,000 tracked emails and follow-ups a month, 5 devices (expandable with Extra devices), and priority support.
Are there hidden costs or ads?#
No. No ads, no selling data: you pay for the software, not with your mail. Prices include VAT where applicable; Paddle may show you the amount in your currency. The only optional extras are the add-ons.
What happens if plan prices change?#
You always find out in advance: a notice on the Pricing page shows the new amounts and the date they take effect, and if you already have a subscription the same notice appears in your account area with the price you pay today and the one from your next renewal. You keep paying today's price until that renewal; you can cancel at any time, with no penalty, before the new price applies.
